*The terrible compensation. *The inability to keep their employees. This is most likely due to the lack of pay for even the most skilled employees. *The promotion process is based on favoritism not on ability or skill. *The unreasonable time spent at work for projects. Expect 60+ hour weeks and weekend work. *Leads failure to accept responsibility for mistakes. They usually pass it down to those below them. *This is not your typical project manager position. You are a slave to the client, and "No" is no longer in your vocabulary. *Zero Transparency
