Pros

Wall Street On Demand has a very casual work environment with free food (because you work so long hours). The work is interesting but demanding. There are some senior developers that do not communicate very well and do not provide a very professional atmosphere. The pay is Extremely low (don't know what their philosophy is regarding that) which causes high turnover. They can let you go at any time (people disappear).

if your are just out of school and nothing else is working out for you just yet, you might consider this place. they abuse you just as much as other data firms would (and pay less) and recruitors say it looks good on your resume. get out as soon as you can.

Cons

this is a really good list from someone else's review: - Lousy package - Random promotion process - Utterly political corporate culture - High pressure with no reward - Absolute lack of respect and appreciation for staff
