      Pros

      This company has great benefits and great fellow employees. I really like the stocked kitchen, bike pool, and friendly environment. The projects are really interesting, and the company is very open to new ideas for technologies.

      Cons

      Wsod requires employees to work extremely long hours. A forty hour workweek is absolutely not an option, 50-60 is more usual and quite a few weekends. There's also a lot of pressure, but not a lot of support. Employee turnover seems high. There is also relatively low flexibility for time off and schedule.

      Pros

      the senior management seems to care about the employees and they definitely fit in with the Boulder beliefs. free food and beverages along with perks like bicycles provided, etc.

      Cons

      depending on the group you are working in you can have extremely long days. sometimes a work day consists of eight to nine hours in the office and then being on call at home throughout the entire night and weekends. I had days when I would get tech calls at 11 pm and 3:30 am and still have to be in the office by 7:30 am. very high turnover in the staff leading to very little knowledge retained and difficulty getting answers to questions. no quality assurance staff for many of the development groups.
