      Great benefits with a flexible schedule...depending upon your reporting line.

      Cons

      Far too many people in role for too long that makes them single minded in their views. Too many people that hold onto the old adage of 'we've always done it this way'. Network and IT Operations is some of the worst I've seen in my career. Fire drill mentality is rampant due to their 'Customer First' philosophy. Applications that aren't seen as a growth target are left with zero maintenance with some systems being in excess of 10 years old technology and completely out of support.

      Great colleagues and fantastic talent across a huge number of industries, domains, and methodologies. Global presence and many verticals have good interaction between groups in differing countries, regions.

      Cons

      Lack of true integration of huge number of acquisitions. Terrible middle management in many areas. Few resources put forward for mid to long term investment.
