      Not much Pros to share.

      Cons

      Bad middle management. People with no technical abilities gets into important positions. Highly stressful and political environment. Relatives are being hired into their lower hierarchy and the manager gets additional benefits/promotions.

      Zero culture- the office felt like an asylum

      Pros

      working with some of the brightest people in the country. plenty of seminars and presentations to learn other areas outside of your expertise.

      Cons

      Zero transparency with higher management. only talked to my manager once a week, if even.. culture is non-existent-- felt almost dungeon like. minimal training. minimal collaboration.

      Stagnant Careers with No Where to Go

      Flexible work schedules; pretty good health care; opportunities to travel; good amount of vacation

      Cons

      Pay is awful, raises are only given to those that get promoted, no raises to stay current with cost of living, very limited amount of promotions given out each year, very easy to get stuck in one position with no future to grow, once you are part of a group you cannot move laterally to another group, no effort made to keep people from leaving company, even those that have been there for long periods of time
