Very long hours

Business Outlook

Pros

Great people to work with, Nice office, Decent pay (basic), Got nothing else to say but has to be 20 words minimum.

Cons

Very long hours, you’ll be coming to work at 8 and leaving at 8. Have to lead source at home and on weekend, so kiss your social life goodbye. Also a lot of false promises. A lot of people come and go within a month so if you don’t show commitment you won’t stay there for long. Very hard to actually sell print advertising as everyone now is going digital.
