Pros

There is good earning potential and you will probably make great friends and be able to combine sales with a creative component.

Cons

Poor and toxic people management and an unhealthy sales culture. No to little emphasis on leadership development for managers. People are not treated like the human beings they are. Poor onboarding and training unclear with expectations. Lack of transparency and honesty across the board and poor communication.
