      Tons of opportunity ready to be taken

      Pros

      - Unique opportunity to work for and with some of the most prestigious airlines in the word - Working with people with a "can-do" attitude willing and able to make incredible things happen - Huge amount of opportunity up for grabs to earn, learn and develop

      Cons

      Not for the faint- hearted: Work-load and expectations can seem overwhelming, if you are not able and willing to constantly learn and adapt and don't have clear goals for yourself what you would like to achieve and why.

      A lot of growth and opportunities

      + Culture; great people with great minds and inspiring experience! I have never been denied help regardless of department or job title. + Learning & Growth; daily training, straightforward sales process, access to a great elearning platform with a lot of courses. + Fast paced, you have to stay on your A game

      Cons

      - Competitive enviroment is not for everyone, fast paced enviroment requires a good time management. - Different flexibility for WFH across different teams
