- a few colleagues were nice

Cons

- lowest salary I ever had - toxic environment with everyone obsessed by money and sales (not really my cup of tea) - the sales room looked like it was underground, basically no light or air - poor management, no one to ones and no support given - basically all men working there, feeling very uncomfortable - I feel like they use irony and jokes to make the workplace more appealing but it’s all cover, I never felt so anxious about going into work - We were told we would need to go home and keep working on finding new leads, we couldn’t do that during working hours

Terrible pay, terrible managers, terrible place to work

No pros really i wouldnt recommend

Cons

Unpaid lunch, terrible salary range, bad management. They hire entry level people with no experience for sales job because its cheap labour and people eager to learn. They train you for 1, 2 weeks and expect you to perform after that as a 10 experience sales manager. If you don't show you're desperate to stay 100% of the time they will fire you for no reason. Just terrible experience, waste of time. They have 0 employee retention too. Wouldn't recommend at all
