      Pros

      Great Company Culture! Lots of rewards in exchange for commitment and hard work. I have only been here around 8 weeks and already been to France and awesome Jamaica for an incentive trip! Dream job! Great training support from the team and management. You learn something everyday. The magazine is just a fantastic product to sell, something you can be truly proud of.

      Cons

      Requires a lot of your time but if you want to be successful you know you need to contribute.

      A company that genuinely cares for the success of its employees.

      Cons

      Selling advertising is tough, even if you have a amazzzzing product. If you don't like using the phone, you shouldn't work or apply here. However if you do like being on the phone, Ink is a great place to work. Incentives, good commission, trips and lots of giving back to those in the community. Go in and meet the people, talk to the CEOs, They are hands on. If you don't like it, don't join. I was able to change my life for the better, I work hard, and me and my family are greatdful to Ink.

      Pros

      They will teach you everything you need to know about selling. The culture is what defines Ink - Work hard and reap the benefits. If you wanna travel the world - Ink can be your ticket! If you truly want to be a sales superstar, you can get to the next level here.

      Cons

      It is not for everyone. The ones who don't last are usually the ones who have a defeatist attitude.
