people products money environment travel you get to sell some of the best magazines, with big readerships. can pitch pretty much anybody and buyers want to listen to you

you have to work hard. it's not for slackers

Pros

The product is great; some of the top award winning inflight magazines around. Good people to work with (aside from senior management); lots of travel prizes to be won if you work in sales; great social scene down at the local pub almost everyday; lasting friendships.

Cons

The worst people management known to man; staff are miserable because of this. Senior management have no people skills and only make time for their current favourites.The HR department is poorly run; there is no trust between staff and management. The pay is shockingly low and there are zero perks aside from drinking down the pub.

Thank you for your positive answers, but we are sorry to read about your negative experience. Since you left this feedback, Ink has moved to another location and restructured their operations. We have invested in training and development and have a new HR team. I can assure you that all our employees are treated fairly and with respect.

No micro management, leave you alone as long as the job gets done

Bad IT infrastructure, no performance review for supporting staff
