Pros

The company gave a great deep training about values and self motivation

Cons

After 2 weeks the company decided that the job is not for a candidate. This is highly unprofessional and rude! The candidate couldn’t even prove the ability to manage the work. Fired was based on simple personality and opinion.

Pros

Coral Gables office, - Benefits - Training

Cons

- Talk about being a "family" but fire people when it is convenient. - Left people without health insurance during the worst public health crisis in the last century. - Low Salary. - Commission is low. High volume business selling bits and pieces. - Management plays favorites. Suck up and get good projects. Be you own person and get crap projects.

There has been nothing "convenient" about what has happened to world, the travel industry or each of as human beings during this extraordinary time. We have been hit hard - like all media businesses, and we are doing our very best to rebuild our company within the realities of the new world that we all find ourselves in.
