      Some very talented people, opportunities to travel for work before the pandemic

      Cons

      No benefits or inflation increments, below market pay, bad management that did not take employee feedback seriously, blatant nepotism

      Pros

      - Unique opportunity to work for and with some of the most prestigious airlines in the word - Working with people with a "can-do" attitude willing and able to make incredible things happen - Huge amount of opportunity up for grabs to earn, learn and develop

      Cons

      Not for the faint- hearted: Work-load and expectations can seem overwhelming, if you are not able and willing to constantly learn and adapt and don't have clear goals for yourself what you would like to achieve and why.
