Pros

After working within the business for 2 and a half years it makes me chuckle at some of the reviews on this website. It is quite obvious from the setup of the business that it’s a high performance environment with coaches and trainers there on tap to help you succeed. Even when you’re down (performance wise) which I personally have experienced, I at no point was left to my own devices to suffer or fail. The help and support is second to none, and not only am I back on my feet, I am excelling instantly. The WOW factor. On a day to day basis I am able to run my own business, there is no micro management, in fact the plasma TV’s and air conditioning is rather nice coupled with that incredible fridge full to the brim of freezing cold still or sparkling water. My “peers” thrive to support me to improve day by day and are relentless in that sense. It is overwhelming how far they are all willing to help. This comes all the way from the top of the tree to all others at the top too. That’s the thing about INK – most of the time it feels like one massive family. Last year I visited more countries and experienced more things than I could have ever imagined, with INK giving me the opportunity to contribute to such a wonderful charitable cause whilst trekking through the Sahara Desert. Double marathon in 48hrs. INK provides these incredible adventures to learn so much about yourself and others. It sounds too good to be true. There are so many of me working here that also believe it’s all too good to be true – come say hi! The product/s I sell are in a class of their own and I get a sense of immense pride being able to work so closely with the majority of the most prestigious airlines across the globe. There is nothing but opportunity within INK and as long as you are committed to being exceptional and you are kind-hearted/decent sort of person, this place will take you to a whole new level inside the workplace and out. I am a better person for working at INK under the super CEO Simon who has a strict open door policy and is always there to help his staff succeed. I personally cannot believe how lucky we are to have such a CEO that that oozes optimism, infects us all with positivity and there is something very magical about him. Life is good at INK!

Pros

-Culture is amazing. I was happy driving to work every day. -Never a dull moment, business is serious but I never felt like this was a boiler room sales floor. -CEO all the way down to AD Managers genuinely cared about cultivating and furthering your growth within the company. Rather than simply firing and hiring more people they help you with anything you need with continued training and open door policy through phone, person or email to help you. -HR department is easily accessible and always at your disposal should you have any questions, always helpful. -Daily energy sessions in morning and afternoon to get you ready. -Breakfast every Monday. -Incentive trips, incentive trips. I was able to travel to Napa Valley, Dallas, Orlando and staying in 5 star hotels. -Performance coach who works with you 1 on 1 to help you achieve your goals. -Money, money, money. Big commission checks with no limit on what you can make.

Cons

None really. I had an amazing experience.

Pros

It's a life changing experience. This may not be the place for everyone. This was the place where I started my sales career and they are a firm believe that you are the product of your belief. It's true in real life. They believe in 4 pillars of ink and one of it being leaving people better than you find them. Those principles still adhere to me even after I have moved to another part of the world and on different career path. I felt bad quitting after our team had a new manager assigned. They saw my reason was genuine that I moved to China to study another language and I got a nice goodbye send off. Sweet bunch of coworkers. My coworkers were very supportive and would cheer every time deals were closed. That's just the spirit that I don't get to experience elsewhere. I worked with very ambitious, supportive, creative and smart coworkers and managers. Very grateful to have worked here.

Cons

The beginning could be intimidating. I got my first deal on my first week. My manager was meticulous and seemed hard to please. But I had to make it work so I had to change my mindset that there's a lot of things that I could learn from her and my coworkers and she's just pushing us to do our very best. The more she pushed, the more I could take home. In the end, I really respect her. I pushed myself to show her I that could deliver. We were great since then. I had a few bosses after that whom I respect a lot too. Changes are pretty often. But hey, that's life. We need to change our attitude and mindset, adapt to it, absorb the good and work on the cons.
