      Pros

      Lots of promises, no delivery. A kindergarten management setup where i witnessed bullying, abuse and harassment on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Unethical, unprofessional, uninspiring. If you are working at INK you really need to evaluate your career, if you are considering INK look elsewhere immediately.

      Given that a number of the points that have been published here are libelous and defaming the company - we have referred them to our lawyer. We are shocked that reviews like this go unchecked by Glassdoor. As a precaution, we have undertaken an internal HR process to investigate these (false) claims. (db)

      Pros

      Great Company Culture! Lots of rewards in exchange for commitment and hard work. I have only been here around 8 weeks and already been to France and awesome Jamaica for an incentive trip! Dream job! Great training support from the team and management. You learn something everyday. The magazine is just a fantastic product to sell, something you can be truly proud of.

      Cons

      Requires a lot of your time but if you want to be successful you know you need to contribute.
