Aside from constantly working side by side with you to improve performance, the leaders also care about you. This is extremely refreshing compared to most companies who expect you to forget your personal life when at work. They’re not scared to take chances, especially when hiring people with no prior work experience. They even hire coaches to assist you. People who have negative things to say about this company usually have never worked elsewhere, but should in order to gain insight to the multitude of benefits (professionally and personally) Ink offers.
