Extremely creative

Pros

Ink really understands magazines, it currently has one of the most creative teams in the industry and is shaking of the stigma off In-flights title by title. Ink wins award after award for its products and the team is one of the friendliest and encouraging I ever worked for. It really was a nice feeling walking into the office everyday.

Cons

The West Hampstead office us slightly further out from London's media centre. Holiday entitlements could be a little better, but this shouldn't dissuade anyone from working at Ink, as the travel incentives are excellent.

Pros

As an existing empolyee at Ink (London) and choosing to remain anonymous I cannot help but tell anyone contemplating a career at Ink, just how amazing it is to work here. I come from a background of having graduated in languages BA, worked in luxury sales from Harrods to teaching posts and then Real Estate but nothing, absolutely nothing, tops how just fantastic the opportunities are here at Ink. My role is that of a Sales Account Executive and fundamentally involves liaising with clients and new businesses in order to help them better their own marketing strategies through in-flight media and in my case offering media on boarding passes. I was extremely startled to read various disgruntled employees write somewhat negative content about Ink, but it must be said perhaps lots of fun, lots of money and lots of dedication ( a pre-requisite of course) may not be everyone. At 28 I have held many job titles but nothing comes close to the current journey I am on. The teams are fun, dynamic and hungry for business- if you embrace this culture you will flourish especially in TAD Good luck if you are deciding the take the step forward!

Cons

(Sitting here looking up for 5 minutes - I really cannot think of any here) Well, like I said if fun, dedication and massive opportunities are not for you than that is your con.
