Pros

They have a Monopoly.

Cons

No moral compass! Bullies should not be in business. Arrogance gets you no where!

Ink was founded more than 20 years ago by 2 people that are still involved in the business today. The company has remained nimble and competitive, whilst still being humble and ambitious. Following the lead of the the CEO’s, tens of thousands of pounds/dollars and hours of time has been raised annually for local, national and international charities - and giving back to communities, is a cornerstone of Ink’s principles. Please contact us directly to request a copy of the company’s ethical policy. We are an open company – and I am available on Victoria.Hearn@ink-global.com to discuss any matter in confidence at any point.

Pros

Being introduced to robin sharma, and that's about it really. This job was nothing but nightmare.

Cons

I was bullied by an insecure coward. Bullied constantly. Told the bosses. They did nothing. And didn't care. I made more money than the other consultants combined but was fired because the manager was a bully. My manager Sucked up to management and treated me like gutter trash. Bad mouthed me to other staff, which I not only over heard but was told by other staff. How unprofessional can you get? I was only interested in making money. My manager was only interested in ego and not feeling insecure. Was so excited when I got this job but this comapny and the management make out like cute fluffy sheep.. But there is nothing but evil there.

Pros

Nice people on the sales floor. Some of the middle managers are OK too - it is just that they are pressured from higher up not to be nice!

Cons

You can be a great salesman at Ink but they simply won't reward you. They are penny pinchers who are always trying to cheat you out of as much as possible. Even if you sell loads they find ways to claw back commission or pay you at a lower rate. That is most likely why commission structures are not included in the contract of employment - they repeatedly change the commission rates so they can pay you less. Loads of good sales people have wasted time at this company and in the period I was there I'd guess there was at least one person leaving every week - some of them because they were no good at sales, but many of them great at sales.

Thank you for your views. As we have already stated in a number of newer reviews: there has been a number of changes in how we do things at Ink in the last few years. We have addressed many of the issues that you raise. For the record, our Commission structure has been clear and transparent for some time now.
