Pros

Free coffee/tea. If you want a career in high pressure, boiler room sales this is perfect for you.

Cons

For sales people INK is a boiler room. Simple as that. The product does not work so they resort to this technique. I can not stress enough how true the negative ratings on here are true, so read them and take heed. Seriously please read the negative reviews, They are accurate.

tough but worth it

Pros

Ink is relentless, fun, high pressure, certainly never boring. These are either pros or cons depending on you. The very strong company culture employees see every day epitomises its core values and the negative comments are merely written by those who didn't get it. To most of us, Ink is a tough sales job that will push you beyond your comfort zone. Help is always available if you know where to find it, you just need to look for it. You won't become a millionaire overnight but your tenacity and work ethic will be rewarded. The travelling is a definitive perk.

Cons

The KPI's can be challenging and hinder your performance depending on your product or style. You sometimes need to take a step back.

Pros

Ink is the world's leading airline media house and shows this with the number and size magazines they publish. The sales floor is demanding, as it should be, and they expect you to work very hard but also allow you to play hard. Where else are you going to get the chance to earn a trip to anywhere in the world, 4 times a year, if your product performs? No limits are put on your performance and you have the chance to be as good as you want to be.

Cons

Clearly the bad reviews that have been given are by ex-employees who feel hard done by in terms of commission not given to them when they left. It is expected that you work very hard and show the behaviours that have been proven to lead to success and this is not for everyone.
