I've been working at ink for over 2 years and whilst it is has not always been easy it was with a doubt the best career move I have ever made. I'm now at a stage where I am earning the money I dreamed about when growing up, ink has given me the financial security to move into my dream place, have 3 holidays a year, weekend city breaks and I have been on 2 amazing incentive trips in luxury resorts with the team just for doing my job. It's not always been plain sailing for me and it has taken a lot of hard work, tenacity and perseverance to get to where I am now (traits all good sales people should have) Good work is highly rewarded through monthly adventures and weekly treats for the top bookers and having worked in the media recruitment sector I know for a fact there are no other companies rewarding staff, through prizes, experiences, holidays and commissions earned on sales like ink do. Commission is completely uncapped so you are in complete control of how much money you earn. If you are looking too join a company with limitless opportunity at the price of working very hard and persevering when times inevitably get tough then I would highly recommend joining.
