Pros

I worked at Ink for 3.5 years and I can truly say that it was an amazing life/career experience! Starting as a sales executive where I learned about the entire sales process, I got promoted after only 1.5 years as a title manager (publisher/advertising manager) which made me develop hugely on a personal and professional level. The opportunity you get at Ink is immense, you definitely need to be up for it to work hard for your goals, be committed and proactive to learn and grow. I am very grateful for all coaching I received, especially while being a leader. We have been to out of office workshops regularly to get additional training and while being in the office I very much enjoyed the leadership team meetings 3 times a week which made it possible to support each other. A super positive life changer for me was also a 6 months training programme with the business coach Silvia Christmann supporting the female leaders in our company and rounding it up with workshop in Tulum about leadership, how to give feedback and how to live a healthy and highly productive life. The best experience in my years at Ink is the unique culture. A young dynamic team (incredible colleagues!), energy sessions in the morning, weekly floor meetings to celebrate success, exciting incentives, legendary Xmas parties, award nights and the yearly sales conference. The flat hierarchy makes it very accessible to talk to supportive senior leaders (CCO Steve) and the CEOs Simon and Michael who are always curious about feedback and have huge interest in your personal development (just ask Simon for a coffee and he will make time for it no matter if you are a new starter or a team leader - missing our coffees and your valuable advice Simon!) I want to say a big THANK YOU to be able to develop to a confident female leader during my time at Ink and to never forget these amazing memories: Shopping day with a 1.000£ voucher in Bicester Village, trip to NYC with a 1.000$ shopping voucher, party with my team in Cancun, unforgettable training experience in Tulum, sunny beach volleyball in Sri Lanka and swimming with turtles in Curacao… Amazing!!!

Cons

More healthy snacks in the vending machine ;)
