Pros

The culture is great and they do a lot of events to keep the workday fun. They give opportunities to people that have no previous sales experience, which is great for those with strong work ethic, drive and commitment. On the flip side, many inexperienced people with no basis for comparison outside of this job, think the grass is greener on the other side and unfairly judge or review this company based on lack of knowledge and commitment. I have seen first hand how people have flourished and changed their lives as a result of working here, including myself. Unfortunately, happy employees don't spend time on Glassdoor when they are gainfully/happily employed. Many of these negative reviews are from people that have decided to move on and are sadly not enjoying the job search. The biggest perk is getting travel incentives for hitting targets and of course, working with my fun teammates.

Cons

Closing time can be stressful, but we always manage to pull it together before our deadlines.

Pros

I have always enjoyed working at Ink hence me being here for 7 years and over the last couple of years the company has improved tremendously. I believe a reason for this is because the CEO and senior management are continually asking the question, “how can we make this a better environment for our staff?” One of the key mantras at Ink is “it’s not how good you are it’s how good you can be” and if you genuinely want to live and work to your full potential then Ink is the place for you as they will give you all the support you need, if you are willing to put the work in. If you are not willing to work to your full potential and are here to pick up a salary this place won’t be for you. The reasons I love working for Ink: * We have an excellent performance coach who gives us the tools and knowledge to perform to our best * When we have a good week we get rewarded with a sports massage * We went on a recent companywide conference in a country estate with the theme being “healthy and wealthy” where we taught how to look after our body and mind * We have an amazing cognitive therapist who comes in and helps with any challenges and trauma which life may throw up * We get rewarded with team and individual incentive trips, I am lucky enough to have travelled the world with Ink Global and the team and I are heading to Rio shortly just for doing our job. * We have fancy dress days * We have the best parties * The people * Lots and lots of money to be made * Open door policy to speak with the CEO * You are encouraged to be yourself * When I was fundraising for a charity very close to my heart £2500 was donated by my amazing colleagues. For anyone thinking of joining Ink or anyone who has been here a short time I recommend reading the CEO Simon Leslies book “There is no F in sales” as this will tell you all you need to know about the company.

Cons

Over the month of December far too much Christmas music was played for my liking.
