Pros

Anyone who works here will develop incredible patience. It is necessary to survive, but it does not make this a place to stay long term.

Cons

Working here was the worst career decision. Processes were broken and underdeveloped. Demands were relentless and overwhelming. No one had clarity on responsibilities or expectations. Leadership offered empty words and meaningless assurances. Problems were never addressed. The relentless pressure quickly became unbearable. Beware.

Pros

You get real responsibility here, not fake “ownership.” People trust you to do your job and actually listen when you have ideas. I’ve learned more at Inkitt than in past roles because you’re constantly solving new problems instead of doing the same thing on repeat. The people are genuinely great. I trust my teammates, I like working with them, and I don’t dread meetings, which feels worth mentioning. There’s a strong sense that everyone is trying to build something meaningful, not just clock hours.

Cons

You’re expected to be an adult. There’s not a ton of hand-holding, and things aren’t always perfectly defined.

Pros

Honestly I feel like the work really matters. I know what I'm working on fits into a bigger picture and it's not just ransom task that disappear into a void. That makes a big difference. There’s also a lot of trust here. You’re not micromanaged, and you’re expected to take ownership and figure things out. That can be hard sometimes, but it’s also why you learn a lot. If you like having a say in your work and don’t need everything spelled out, this is a good place for that. The people are great. Teams are supportive, easy to talk to, and genuinely want each other to succeed.

Cons

It can get pretty intense. Workloads can pile up and priorities change, so some weeks are just a lot.
