They let you have plenty of remote work

Cons

Salaries are below the job market value. They don't have any onboard training. The CEO questioned my belief system and said I won't be able to do my job because of my beliefs. They appear to be friendly during the trial session but then don't have any team management skills. The CEO mistreats his employees with unclear feedback and negative daily comments.

NO PROS to working here!! You will risk your mental and eventually physical health.

Cons

Listen to the reviews - listen to everything you hear about this place..it is hell on earth working for the CEO and any of his minions aka upper management. You will be severely undervalued and taken advantage of. You will be underpaid and lied to. The CEO is so arrogant and delusional he thinks that he has a good idea that is going to actually take off but you have to work here to see it/believe it. Everyone thinks he is a joke and rightfully so but noone says anything because they have to keep their jobs and pay. Trust me Ali - you are the worst there is.. protect yourselves, DO NOT WORK HERE!!

Pros

Loads of smart people work at this company. Above average pay is nice. Interesting product.

Cons

CEO is toxic. Unlimited pto but seen as underperforming if you take too much. Some people were even asked to cancel pto days which were already approved. Quick to layoff people as well. Definitely should not relocate for this company if you can avoid it.
