The facility is very nice, a gym and many other benefits of a big company.

Cons

Ridiculously bureaucratic system of management. Good\hard work is not appreciated. What is appreciated is being vocal about what you did even if it's a bad job.

- great company environment: many events, very international, open-minded, great social aspects, many benefits, employers' wellbeing is important to management - fair - feedback and leadership culture are good

Cons

- sometimes C-level is much more conservative than the 'inno' in innogames might suggest - products are not really taking any risks, always making the safe move, not much innovation
