I worked there for more than four years. For me, as a foreigner, InnoGames helped me a lot. They moved me here, settled down, helped with all the bureaucracy, and even helped find a kindergarten for my kid. They helped during all these years. I like the inner culture and values of the company. There are a lot of possibilities to develop your professional and individual skills. Work-time is very flexible. I appreciate how CEOs and managers work there. There is always time when you have to move further, and after more than four years, I decided to leave. I left the company with the best mutual agreement.
