      Remote working, mandatory to go office only in company days.

      Too much bureaucratic procedures in development, unnecessary meetings that only drain dev energy Reinventing the wheel approach, not being proactive. Too much upper management pressure on teams, they are very much involved in the development process. Appraisals are totally unfair, supervisors would only notice small issues and ignore how much effort you put in during the year.
