The people are great to work with.

Cons

Leadership has no value for our management. This leads to many leaders not being very good. They get no appreciation. Bad leaders lead to bad results for the company. Our C-Level management has no idea was leadership is and thinks leads are to be treated like things. Our C-Level Management is traped in the idea they alone did everything to make this company great. They trust no one.

Very diverse group of people and everybody I met was really friendly and helpful. Good benefits that go above the average company. I will genuinely miss working there.

Cons

A bit set in their ways and the "Inno" is currently gently fading. I believe that more drastic company changes will happen in the near future, which is a good thing.
