Decent pay, immediate managers are good, stable company and industry

Cons

Don't care about employees or their development, can't speak up about issues or you will be torn apart, they say they have an "open door" policy but it's false - completely, Middle and upper management don't know or care what is going on with customers or employees, only focused on charging the most and don't care about quality of service.

Great colleagues. Team atmosphere despite the Company not concerning itself with promoting a team like environment.

Cons

HR support of employee concerns is lacking. Bad behavior is ignored. Company is not pro employees. Career mobility is rarely based on merit. Those who move up the ladder are often the ones who know how to ingratiate themselves with the right people. Management does not take the time to teach anyone in a leadership role how to manage one's staff with respect and fairness. You get the feeling that the upper layer is only out for themselves and maintaining their position. Managers are allowed to be verbally abusive and bullying. Social injustice and diversity is not on their agenda.
