Invenergy is one of the best developer/operators of power projects in the world. This statement is a testament to the people who work here. Talented employees have plenty of opportunity grow and thrive. It is refreshing to work for a company that has a real impact in the world by focusing on clean energy.

Cons

Because of its entrepreneurial culture, this company doesn't provide a ton of structure which is good and bad. Invenergy is growing so fast, management is trying to keep up and meet the challenges of a growing company.
