Pros

Growing company. Chances to learn new things. Free coffee you get to make. Never nothing to do.

Cons

You have to learn new things because there are not enough staff to manage all required activities. There is a culture of "entrepreneurs" which is just code for "work more". Extremely high turnover.

Pros

Relatively flexible. Generally personable management. Good opportunity for those starting out or wishing to climb the ladder. Getting employees the materials needed to do the job is usually a high priority.

Cons

High turnover rate throughout the company. Average to below average salary/benefits. Limited investment in employee development. Lack of organization/consistency. What some may say is efficient, others might say is cutting corners.

Pros

The company is a great place to get your feet wet with a project development career. You’re thrown into the fire and given a lot of responsibility right out of the gate, especially at the entry level. Overall interesting day-to-day work; can be challenging/draining at times but rewarding as well. Plenty of opportunities to interface and collaborate with many different teams across the organization and with external project stakeholders. Modern office space, just renovated and expanded into the 20th floor. Generous starting PTO.

Cons

A few teams appear to be understaffed and senior management hasn’t done the best job preempting growing pains. Company is mid-size, but wants to feel like and operate as though it’s still small. Executive leadership keeps pretty tight reins on the organization as a whole, and some processes aren’t as streamlined as they could be because of this. Salary at the analyst/associate level is low compared to other companies.
