Decent company if you aren't a part of a mass layoff.

Will hire and train employees who have never been in renewable energy, decent culture, good pay (if you don't get let go), managers are good.

Cons

Poor leadership, a history of mass layoffs with the remaining folks inheriting all the work from the people who were let go, 5 days a week in office.

Pros

Invenergy has a huge project pipeline, which means everyone has a chance to work on "real" projects from day 1. They give employees a lot of responsibility early on which makes it a great place to learn about developing and building renewable energy projects.

Cons

The pay is not competitive relative to the rest of the renewables industry. They push people into management positions even when they have no interest or skills in managing people, which results in middle management that doesn’t foster good career growth on their teams. Turnover rate is very high which has caused the company culture to deteriorate.
