      Rewarding and Interesting Work, Skill Development, Promotion Trajectory, positive culture (although diminished with rapid growth), Company Reputation in the Industry, very smart leadership who have put the company in a good position to deal with adversity and grow

      Cons

      Rapid Growth has taken a hit on company culture/hard to know everyone, Pay & Benefits seem to be average or slightly below average, Diversity/Initiatives can be lacking/lagging

      A company you won't want to leave

      Pros

      Big company with a small company mindset. They seem to care more about the employees. It's not your typical production based job. They try to be transparent as much as possible.

      Cons

      Training for new hires is mostly OTJ. Not horrible but could be better. Advancement is based on testing rather than just experience which is a pro/con at the same time.
