      Pros

      Company recently revamped it’s maternity/paternity benefits from nonexistent to an amazing package.

      Cons

      Very lean organization, a lot of work to go around a few times, with the feeling of being “on” st all times. Great for the entrepreneurial type, which is also part of the company’s DNA - not really a con in my opinion.

      Pros

      The culture is friendly, welcoming, and inclusive of all employees and their ideas. When it comes to innovation and problem solving the best ideas are chosen not the ones coming from the best title. They care about developing their employees and provide a lot of great ways to get involved with others in the company. Great benefits, starting PTO, and salaries.

      None at the moment that I can provide. Keep up the great work.

      Relatively flat organizational structure allows for many growth opportunities. Supportive and outstanding co-workers, and fun office culture.

      Cons

      Would benefit from having more extensive training for recent graduates.
