      VERY HIGH Turnover, major communication issues

      Pros

      Medical, dental and 401k benefits are decent. For employees just starting their career in technology, this is a good company to springboard into a better position in the future. Most employees leave after only a few years on good terms for much better positions elsewhere.

      Cons

      The extremely high sales and management turnover you can expect is due to organization not investing in the necessary retention of qualified employees. The broken English HR responses to these reviews clearly demonstrates the organization's lack of communication to the US workforce, understanding of employee needs and a hypersensitive defensiveness at the first hint of a challenge or criticism. Not much freedom is given to regional offices, and the decisions made at HQ typically are lacking any understanding of regional strategies, technologies or sales methods. There is really no room to grow your career in the US office. Employees are often and quickly shifted into other positions with much more responsibility at the same pay over and over again.

      Hi! Thank you for your honesty. I apologize if my English knowledge hurts your feelings. I'm doing my best to improve. I agree with a lot of cons you mention. We're trying to improve. However, I want to confront your arguments: 1) Our turnover in 2015 matched national average. We succeeded to decrease it by 4% in 2016. 2) We have monthly casual all hands meetings where employees can ask management about anything. 3) We have plenty of career opportunities. A lot of them are located outside the USA. Probably, you didn't want to relocate, which was understandable, but it didn't mean opportunities didn't exist. Anyone who likes travelling across the globe can build a decent career in our company. 4) We pay people for their performance, not for the job description. We consider new responsibilities as an opportunity for employee to show his\her capabilities and get a raise.       A good place gone bad

      Pros

      Good people with lots of talent in North America. If you are looking for a job with little opportunity for growth this is the place where you can collect a pay check and work 9 to 5. Good work life balance and flexible work from policy.

      Cons

      Global company that is being run out of Moscow by inexperienced executives. If this were a public company not one of the Chief's would have a job.

      Amazing group of people from around the world.

      Cons

      Not sure there is enough space here. In short - in the US anyway folks are just punching in and sitting in their cubes. No passion. No direction from management who is doing the same thing.
