Pros

Can't see any outstanding pros except that each hotels are kind of iconic with good product to feature which ease selling efforts.

Cons

If not being German national.... move your way to next brand. No way getting any advancement. When attending global meeting, clear segregation between German and none German speakers (even if the meeting is all in English).

Pros

Many who left are still looking, those who are there maybe trying to establish the positivity (if any).

Cons

strictly an all OLD BOYS CLUB (head office culture) Most hotels in China are the worse - very bad Chinese Owners I will say - stay away from the Shanghai hotel (Racism against expat Kempinski Team Members is a common occurrance) Company Values - what values?? Work Life Balance - not when you are in China Personal growth - higher chance if you are European
