Pros

Kempinski is huge name in hospitality industry, it will open many doors to you and jobs are well payed

Cons

In this particular hotel,upper management was overpayed and very well respected but couldn't bring overall service to company standard. Employee is not supposed to have his/her own opinion. Working hours are insane.
