Cons
Very poor management of foreign employees, no training, direction and primary work duties will be minor and menial tasks. Hostile and uncomfortable working conditions, inappropriate and unprofessional language used often, racial slurs, and sexual harassment. A lot of internal politics and promotions after two years of employment, they will terminate your contract and start again fresh and wait to the last minute. A lot of internal selling required to make your direct manager look good. Working in Kia in Korea is an environment for Korean employees only, attractive foreign females, or foreigners who have 100% assimilated to Korean working conditions will be OK.
