Entrepreneurial company with motivated employees working in a no-nonsens environment. The brand is still pretty new but it takes more and more percentage in the market

Cons

Kia is in a highly competitive segment, especially with there smaller cars. Next to this it is a quite new brand from a new car country (south korea)
