Pros
1. No work, so you can sit idle full long day.
Cons
1. You will not feel like working in a company. Its just like a private shop a owner is running. 2. Bad office culture in terms of help, engagement & personal growth. 3. You will never get a reply from HR, Finance, GA & other teams when needed. 4. Ver poor food quality. For breakfast you have to come 30 mins earlier from office timing, else you will not get it. Sometimes employees got warning letter on raising concern for poor food. 5. Every HOD is Korean & their behaviour is very rude towards Indian employee. They shout on their employees & HR in front of everyone. 6. Learning is literally zero. 7. Long working hours & always work from office even in pandemic times. 8. Nobody is happy to help. May be they don't learn that to help someone. 9. You will be tourchered in notice period due to jealousy of your resignation. 10. You can't put your concern because HR will not listen to them. This company is not HR driven, some Korean HODs have all decisions. 11. No bonus, nothing on Diwali/Holi festivals apart from the salary. 12. Micromanagement. Sometimes your HOD will watch you from windows to note down you timings.
