      hell lot, no encouragement, PPT, PPT, PPT always useless, Indian Management worst at their level, never stand infront of issue related to shop floors, Negative talk, poor ethics, cultural disorder, bad timings, salary increments be better for slaves what not i list here,, its not negative on the company it company that had given negative feel about it by functioning in odd ways

      Family owned and operated. Heavy emphasis on training and employee development. Caring leadership team with employees well-being at the heart of each decision- both in front of, and behind, closed doors. Performance is rewarded, pay is above the market, and constantly being reviewed and revised. Transparent policies and processes.
