      Pros

      Likes to hire from outside, has well known brands, low cost of living area.

      Cons

      High turnover, huge reorgs in 2014 and 2015. Although hires from outside, there is more support for internally grown marketing persons. Leads to less innovative ideas. Long process to launch new products, gets beat out by competition. Too focused on grading for advancement.

      Pros

      Slightly above average pay scale. Dynamic environment with external customer as focus. Willing to discover new ways of conducting business IF the leadership team of the department or functional areas is on board. IF NOT you will get frustrated.

      Cons

      Depending on what part of the company you work with, there can be a strong influence of an insider's network of career employees. Many have learned how to protect their positions even though they may not be producing results. The organization also goes overboard on having meetings. Seems like they restructure the company every 3-4 years.

      The people in my team were great.

      Cons

      Company seems to be a little lost. Cost reductions and restructuring on a 36 month cycle is disruptive and prevents employees from focusing on actually creating innovative new products.
