      1. It was a safe place to work in. 2. I really enjoyed the process. 3. Had very good benefits for the family.

      Pros

      Travel, good overall team atmosphere at KC, corporate is casual (jeans) attire, plenty of learning opportunities, good clients to work with,the kool-aid is high among most people

      Cons

      Most all are Big4 (esp EY), if you don't have Big4 experience, it will be hard to fit in. The teams are cliques sometimes so it is hard to connect but most are nice people. There is massive turnover in this group on a constant and continuous basis, not stable. Mainly due to work styles, and not promoting fast enough. Prepare for shifting priorities, long hard hours, extended engagements in the field, also the turnover.

      Great training, good people to work with, great area to raise a family

      Cons

      Rapid pace for decisions which causes quick changes to plans, people do not come first to leadership, very thrifty in brand investment
