No one held accountable Good workers are reprimanded while the bad workers just get away with everything Management typically gone after 5pm and only 1 on during the weekends No way to rise up in company unless you want to be an assistant store leader or store leader Pay raises are maybe 3% if lucky Terrible training

Bonus you receieve at the end of the year

Cons

They are a cult like company thats throws a bunch of glam and stuff in your face but there is rarely any training and you seemingly have to know someone to move up. Store leaders are high turnover. Between 2 stores, in a 5 year period, went through 9 store leaders. Insane!
