the most horrible, unprofessional, shady, disorganized, and useless management I have ever dealt with. this company operates on favoritism, lying to and misleading their employees, demanding free labor, and weird culty brand allegiance. they give all of the classes and opportunities to the same handful of 3-5 instructors and string everyone else along, promising things and not delivering, so if you aren't already one of their Golden Boys then don't waste your time. They expected me to do all kinds of extra things outside of the time I am paid for teaching, like emptying trash and mopping the studio, in addition to the check in process we are expected to manage all by ourselves while trying to also get ready to teach a class. then there's the communication or lack of - we get no communication about important things but we also get text messages at late/early hours with passive aggressive complaints from managers.

I am actually wondering if these are real people leaving these positive reviews. I don't know anyone from our club who is happy, literally everyone is looking for another job. The management is poorly trained, rude and heartless. It has created a very poor work environment. The wages are extremely low for the work that is required. Don't be fooled by the free membership perk. Most employees happily walk away from it.
