- Well-kept facilities - Commission splits are generally fair - Good benefits for full-time employees - Nice perks for employees within the club

Cons

- Sales drive can sometimes displace an otherwise great culture - Commission structure for trainers can result in instability in pay (i.e. Flu season could potentially wreck your month)

Free membership. Fun people to be around. Great fitness club atmosphere.

Cons

No work/life balance. They claim to be "the culture of care", but they only care about performance. Split days off makes is tough to do anything but work. Very hard to take time off. some weeks I would work 70+ hours a week. Commission only job with high and unreachable goals.

Structured hours, benefits, education, clean and updated club (fun environment for clients)

Cons

Constantly pushed to work outside of your scheduled hours, forced to push supplements and metabolic tests even when they didn’t feel like the best fit for the client, if you weren’t improving your profit numbers month over month, you were made to feel like you weren’t doing well enough, and worst of all, managers sleeping with their subordinates at multiple levels within the club. For this being the “healthy way of life company” I’ve never had a worse work/life balance.
