Pros

The perks and salary are good.

Cons

Such a shame, UKI was had the best morale until the business did their redundancies. The culture has gone to crap and the new management team run the show like a staffing agency. Reps are encouraged to either accept it or leave. Gone are the days of the leadership caring about the people, employees are just a number.
