      Pros

      Amazing opportunity to sell for this company. The Vision team sells hands down, the best technology on the market. Competition can't keep up and doctors love what it does for patients and their practice. I am proud to work for a sales organization that holds themselves and each other to a higher standard. I've made more money in the last few years at Lumenis than I ever thought imaginable. Yes, you will need to work your butt off. But man, is it a blast!

      Cons

      Day-to-day frustrations with internal processes etc., but it's nothing that doesn't happen at every high-growth company.
