      Pros

      It sounds like and over-used word but their people is actually the best of Maersk. You meet really skilled, intelligent and very nice people. many friendships as well as business relationships start in Maersk and remain in the time. There is also another great things like: Learning/Training opportunities Corporate culture Traveling

      Salary not as high as it could or should be

      Maersk Drilling has been absolutely great to me and has provided me numerous career paths and guidance.

      Pros

      The Maersk Drilling section is booming right now, especially with the planned purchase of numerous drill ships and contracted work.

      Cons

      I do not know of many real cons with the company, but the staff has members from many different nationalities, which some may be unfamiliar with (accents, humor, behavior, etc).

      Great benefits and good compensation for long term employees. Nice co-workers and pleasant environment.

      Instability for office staff and amanagement. Reactions to environment and changes cause reductions in force.
