Pride themselves on closing the gender pay gap, in reality this isn't true. Treated like a second class citizen by the older males. Dead wood needs removing. Employed to work hybrid, manipulated and bullied by Director of Sector move to office working. No work life balance unless it fits into the Director of Sectors values

Cons

Managers did not address any of the concerns or recommendations that were brought to them. Had the mindset of this is how we have always done this and was not open to improving upon processes.
